The engine does not change. The world does.
A store, a customer account, a hospital pathway and a turbine all have a condition that changes over time. What differs between industries is what is measured, how it behaves and which actions are available. Those are settings in AnantState, not new software, which is why one platform covers all of them.
In plain termsThe same product, set up differently for each industry.
Six industries, one pattern
| Industry | The entity | The state that matters | The action that costs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Retail and commerce | Store, lane, till, SKU at a location | Payment integrity, shrinkage, availability, demand posture | Block a tender, review an account, rebalance stock |
| Financial services | Account, member, merchant, case | Fraud posture, credit drift, dispute pressure | Step-up authentication, hold, investigate |
| Healthcare operations | Pathway, unit, roster, claim | Throughput, capacity pressure, denial risk | Re-sequence, escalate, resubmit |
| Industrial and energy | Machine, line, asset, site | Degradation, yield, unplanned-stop risk | Inspect, derate, schedule maintenance |
| Telecom and IoT | Device, SIM, site, sensor fleet | Connectivity degradation, anomalous behavior, lifecycle | Provision, throttle, field dispatch |
| Public sector | Case, entitlement, service point | Backlog pressure, error and fraud posture | Prioritize, verify, refer |
A catalog, not a handful of demos
Three different things, and we do not blur them.
The platform ships a generated catalog of 14,583 industry world templates, each naming an industry and a value chain (acquire to retire, assess to treat, budget to report, design to produce, detect to repair, detect to respond, equipment maintenance, order to fulfill and dozens more) across manufacturing, agriculture, chemicals, construction, healthcare, energy, transport, professional services and more.
| What it is | What you can do with it | |
|---|---|---|
| Catalog template | A generated industry and value-chain definition | Load it as a domain; supply your entities and events |
| Compiled pack | A domain shipped inside the engine with model artifacts: churn, cyber, fraud, healthcare operations, industrial and IoT | Run it without a definition step |
| Live reference world | OgMart, running with the simulator | Watch it, fork it, change a lever |
How to read an industry page
Each one answers the same five questions, so you can compare like with like.
What are the entities?
The nouns the operation actually runs on.
What state moves, and why?
The dynamics, including the parts with no model.
What goes wrong today?
The failure mode in the buyer’s own words.
What does the platform change?
The decision that gets earlier or cheaper.
What does the reference world show?
What you can see running, and how mature it is.
OgMart: a fictional company you can inspect
OgMart is our reference world for retail: a fictional 100-store, 1–2 billion USD mini-Walmart across 15 departments (merchandising, supply chain, distribution, inventory, stores, e-commerce, customers, pricing, payments, finance, treasury, workforce, facilities, IT and compliance), running as one live company. It exists so you can see a whole business state, not a curated slice of one, and so we can demonstrate the engine at a realistic entity count without touching anyone’s data.
It is fictional, and we label it as fictional everywhere it appears. A demo that implies real customer data is a liability. One that is honest about being synthetic is still convincing, because the mechanics are real.
Bringing your own world
Pick one domain
Not the whole enterprise. One thing you already argue about weekly.
Define entities and state
A workshop, not a project. What are the nouns, and what is the number that decides?
Load a sample of real events
A month is plenty to judge the shape.
Declare the horizon
How far ahead must it be right? Usually the most revealing question in the engagement.
Read the model record
Including the horizons where it does not win. That is the evaluation.
