Privacy policy

Last updated October 6, 2026

This policy explains what personal information AnantHq Inc, the company behind AnantState, collects through this website, what we do with it, and what choices you have. It covers the website only. It does not cover the AnantState software or any data a customer puts into it; that is governed by the customer's agreement with us.

We have tried to write it in plain words. If something is unclear, ask us.

Who we are

AnantHq Inc operates this website. For anything in this policy, Email privacy@ananthq.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us, and a small amount of technical information that arrives with every web request.

WhatWhenWhy
Your name, work email and companyYou send the booking, contact or partner formTo reply to you and arrange a conversation
Your role, the area you are interested in, and anything you write in a free-text boxYou send one of those formsTo prepare a useful conversation and route your request
Your IP address, browser type and the pages you requestEvery visit, automaticallyTo deliver the site, keep it secure and block abuse. Held in our hosting provider's logs
The time the form was shown, and a result from a bot checkYou send a formTo tell people from automated spam

Please do not put customer data, passwords, account numbers or other sensitive information in a form. We do not need it to reply.

The break-even calculator runs entirely in your browser. What you type into it is not sent to us or stored.

How we use it

  • To respond to what you asked for, and to arrange and follow up a conversation.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website, including blocking spam and abuse.
  • To meet legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.

We do not use your details for advertising profiles, and we do not use automated decision-making that affects you.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising.

Who else handles it

A few service providers handle information for us, only to provide their service:

ProviderWhat it doesWhat it handles
CloudflareHosts and delivers the website, protects it from attack, and runs the bot checkRequest details such as IP address; the form submission as it passes through
Google (Analytics)Measures site usagePages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and a cookie identifier
ResendDelivers the email that tells us you sent a formThe contents of the form you submitted

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. If we are involved in a merger or sale, your information may transfer as part of it, and we would tell you if its use changed.

Where it is processed

Our providers operate internationally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on the arrangements our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep a form submission for as long as it takes to respond and to manage any resulting conversation or relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can answer follow-up questions and meet our legal obligations. Then we delete it or anonymize it. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short, limited period. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy;
  • have it corrected or deleted;
  • object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
  • withdraw consent, where we rely on it;
  • complain to your local data protection authority.

To make a request, Email privacy@ananthq.com. We may need to confirm who you are first. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Cookies and similar technology

We use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies. You can turn analytics off at any time; see the cookie notice.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and delivered to a small number of people. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we do, we will update this page and the date at the top. The current version is dated October 6, 2026.
