What the content is

The site describes our products and our thinking. We work to keep it accurate, but it is general information, it can be out of date, and it is not professional advice.

Figures, examples and screenshots are labeled for what they are. The OgMart reference world is fictional, and the data shown from it is synthetic, not customer data. Worked examples are illustrative, and modeled results, including anything produced by the break-even calculator, are estimates built from the assumptions you or we state. They are not predictions, guarantees or promises of any outcome.

Statements about what the product does describe the product as built. A binding commitment about features, performance or security exists only in a signed agreement.

Using the site

You may use the site for lawful, business purposes. You must not:

• attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site, its hosting or the systems behind it;
• send automated or bulk submissions through the forms, or submit false or another person's details;
• scrape or copy the site at a scale or in a way that burdens it, other than as search engines and similar services normally do;
• use the site to send us malicious code, or unlawful, harassing or infringing content.

We may block access that we reasonably believe breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

The site, its text, illustrations, designs, screenshots and marks belong to AnantHq Inc or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the site, and share links to it. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Any other copying or reuse needs our written permission.

The name AnantState and its marks are ours. Using them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation needs our written permission.

What you send us

If you send us a message, an idea or feedback through the site, you allow us to use it to respond to you and to improve our work, without obligation to you. Our privacy policy explains how we handle the personal information in what you send. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the forms; if you want to discuss something confidential, ask us for an appropriate agreement first.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that it is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful code, and we disclaim all implied warranties.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AnantHq Inc and its people are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the company named above, except where the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms, and will change the date when we do. Using the site after a change means you accept it. The current version is dated October 6, 2026.
